All sales are final.
Because many of our products are custom-made or made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect fitment provided by the customer, or general wear and tear.
However, we stand behind the quality of our work. If you experience any issues related to one of the following, please contact us so we can help:
- Workmanship or construction
- Design or fitment based on the product as advertised
- Damage during shipping
- Any defect related to how the product was made
To report an issue, Contact Us with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos if possible. We will review your case and, at our discretion, may offer a repair, replacement, or other appropriate resolution.
