Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
All of our products are made to order. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and product complexity. If there is a significant delay, you will be notified via email.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail ONLY.
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are based on the shipping destination and carrier availability.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.
International Shipping (Canada)
We currently ship to Canada via USPS Priority Mail International.
Canadian customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in shipping costs and are collected by the carrier or customs authority.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your USPS Priority Mail tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays & Address Accuracy
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- USPS carrier issues
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Holidays or peak shipping seasons
Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact USPS first. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us and we will assist where possible.
Shipping Costs & Returns
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where an error was made on our part.
